Hello! I’m Alexis Frank (hence the AF). I’m a Mom and former Pediatric Registered Nurse. I have spent the past decade living in a 1,000 square foot home in Richmond, Virginia. Through the years, I have enjoyed playing that game of Tetris to make a small home FUNCTION for our growing family.

When I resigned from Nursing, I started working as a Lead Organizer for another local organizing company. I then turned that 1,000 square foot home into a Short Term Rental and that’s still my full-time-ish job.

In my free time, I take on projects to help families create functional spaces! In-Home Organizing, Virtual Organizing & Custom Elfa Closet Installations available!
